How long is the shipping?
Please allow 10-14 business days for your order to be processed.
Shipping time is often 12-15 days, but can take up to 60 days in case of any problem or holiday season.
Items are always thoroughly inspected for any damages or defections before shipment. However, if there are any problems with your item, please contact us as soon as possible. In case of custom products, whole process can take upto 90 days depending on the type of product and production advancement.

Is the jewelry gold plated?
Yes! We only use 10k-18k yellow gold, real .925 sterling silver, and white/black rhodium.

What is the material of jewelry?
Material of our jewelry is Brass/Stainless Steel with Gold/Silver/Rhodium plating.

What about returns?
IceBlingers are accepting exchanges/returns if the item is not as described or if it arrived broken. If your item didn't arrived on time, contact us at socialdropz@gmail.com.
